The Woodland Dunes concert series is a collaboration of ideas and resources of Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Preserve and The Golden Ring Music & Folklore Center. Since 2003 we have been producing a wonderful series of family friendly concerts of traditional American roots music - ranging from Appalachian Mountain Music to Traditional Folk music to Acoustic Country Blues as well as music based on those roots. We have and continue to present some of the best national traditional folk performers and talented regional artists.

We strive to present quality entertainment in an enjoyable intimate setting. We bring in folks whose names may be familiar or unfamiliar, but have always been a delight to our audiences - after attending a few of our concerts you'll know you can trust our judgment.

     Don’t miss our “Five Buck Hootenannies” - a series of concerts featuring extremely talented local and regional performers (Usually two performers per evening) which has become extremely popular because of both the quality of the entertainment and the low price of admission (Yup, Five bucks - or only $2.50 for children under 12).

   Our concerts are held in the wonderful Rahmlow Marsh Haus, a turn of the century farm house with comfortable seating for around 100 good folks, with great acoustics and a folky, homey atmosphere. So if you’re looking for a fun evening - don’t miss any of our concerts !
